Responsible clean-fill management
We receive only material that has been declared, assessed against our acceptance requirements and approved for placement. Material is placed in nominated zones and recorded against the source it came from.
Our environmental commitment
Clean land and responsible material management are at the centre of everything we do. We require every load entering this site to have a traceable source and an accurate declaration. Material that is not authorised for this site must not be deposited. If contamination, prohibited waste or deliberately false information is suspected, the load may be rejected or isolated, evidence may be preserved and the matter may be referred to the appropriate environmental or regulatory authority. We do not compromise on environmental protection.
We receive only material that has been declared, assessed against our acceptance requirements and approved for placement. Material is placed in nominated zones and recorded against the source it came from.
Every source site is registered before material can be delivered. We record the property address, project, contractors, the reason the material was generated and the responsible customer. Sources begin as pending and cannot be used until reviewed.
A Soil & Fill Material Declaration must exist before a truck can check in. The declaration identifies the material, the origin and confirms individually that prohibited materials are not present, to the best of the declarer's knowledge based on information about the source.
Site staff may inspect any load before tipping and can accept, hold or reject it. Rejected material is recorded with photographs, notes and the reason for rejection, and remains permanently on the customer's record.
Where suspicious material is identified, the load may be isolated and evidence preserved. Observations are recorded objectively — facts, photographs and times — without assuming the cause.
Anyone who becomes aware that material may have been incorrectly described should notify site staff immediately. Suspected unlawful disposal or contamination may be referred to EPA Victoria, council, police or another appropriate authority.
By entering the site, the driver and responsible customer acknowledge that information provided must be truthful and complete. Loads that are inconsistent with the approved declaration may be rejected, isolated, investigated or reported. Where permitted by contract and law, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs arising from incorrectly described, prohibited or contaminated material, including inspection, testing, removal, transport, lawful disposal, clean-up and remediation. Suspected unlawful waste disposal, contamination or other environmental breaches may be reported to EPA Victoria, council, police or another appropriate authority. Any statutory penalties or enforcement action are matters for the relevant authority under applicable law.
The site operates under applicable environmental, planning, safety and waste-management requirements and maintains records to support lawful material acceptance and environmental protection. Acceptance of a load does not relieve the generator, transporter, driver or other responsible person from their own legal obligations.
