Driver name, mobile number, email address, employer, and where reasonably necessary the driver licence state and expiry and the last digits of the licence number.

Vehicle registration and configuration details.

Company, accounts and billing information for customers.

Source site details, material declarations, supporting documentation, load records, photographs and electronic signatures.

Technical session information required for security and audit purposes, and location data only where you have consented at the time of entry.

To operate the site safely, to record and trace material accepted, to meet environmental and waste-management obligations, to support billing and contractual records, and to maintain evidence of what was received and from where.

Access is role based. Drivers can only see their own records. Company users can only see records belonging to their company. Driver licence numbers are stored only in masked form and are never displayed publicly. QR codes contain only secure tokens and URLs — never personal information.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms, and all significant actions are written to an immutable audit log.

Retention periods are set according to record classification — financial, environmental, contractual, personal or operational — and applicable Australian and Victorian requirements.

Environmental evidence is retained independently of an individual driver account. Removing a driver account does not delete load, declaration or photographic evidence associated with material received at the site.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Corrections to completed load records are never made silently — the original value, the new value, the administrator and the reason are all retained.
