James Setches leads Ground Up Land Solutions with a practical belief that construction companies can achieve more than simply completing the job in front of them.
Ground Up is being developed around a model where civil construction, material reuse, land rehabilitation and environmental improvement operate together.
The objective is simple: solve difficult construction problems while continually looking for smarter ways to reuse resources, improve sites and reduce unnecessary environmental impact.
James remains directly involved in the operational side of the business and continues to drive the development of new environmental concepts within Ground Up.
