Six steps, start to finish
Declare
The company lodges the soil declaration and source site before the truck moves.
Gate
Gate staff enter the company or registration and log the truck at the gate.
Arrive
The driver taps “Arrived with soil from …” and confirms the source matches the declaration.
Tip
The load is placed in its allocated zone.
Evidence
Photo of the dumped load, signature, upload. Saved against the company.
Depart
Gate staff tap departed. Time on site is recorded from arrival to departure.

Digital gate entry
Gate staff log the truck by company or registration. No paperwork at the boom gate.
Driver phone flow
The driver taps arrived, confirms the source site, tips, photographs and signs. Four taps.
Source traceability
Every load is tied to a declared source site and the declaration that supports it.
Photographic evidence
The photo is taken after tipping, at the placement location, with time and position recorded.
Driver declaration
One electronic signature covering the declaration and departure, stored against the load.
Pre-acceptance screening
Green, amber and red screening before material is accepted. Red loads are held.
Rejected load register
Rejections recorded with reason, evidence and where the load went instead.
